Guyana will be participating in the following sectors: Fresh Fruits
& Vegetables, Processed Foods, Noni Juice, Spices, Tea
Forty-one (41) companies in the following
sectors will be participating at this event, including the New
Guyana Marketing
Corporation who will be taking products from about twenty
(20) small farmers and food processors to the Expo. The Guyana
Office for Investment will be promoting investment in Guyana and
also trade between Guyana and Florida.

Eight (8) companies from Guyana will be
participating in this annual event in the following sectors: Costume
Jewellery, Hair Wigs, Paintings, Spices, Processed Foods
The Guyana Office for Investment has been coordinating Guyana’s
participation in this event for a number of years and previously,
has sent the second largest group of handicraft producers to this
annual event. So far, companies have only indicated an interest
in participating, and the momentum is expected to increase in
the later part of July 2006.
